2:2 PARCEL LOST: We will only refund accordingly to DHL compensation paid. Will provide proof letter from DHL regarding amount of compensation.
2:3 Buyer pays the responsible to track and trace parcel by own responsibility. Will provide tracking number at both PayPal and website once item been shipped.
2:4 Buyer need to responsible for own country Custom Tax if applicable. ESPECIALLY EUROPE BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE OF YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR COUNTRY VAT FOR IMPORT.
2:5 We do not responsible on parcel delayed due to randomly pick by custom for checking.
2:6 Buyer have to top up additional ship charge of $20 on shipping address that are out of DHL normal charges area.
